1. Money-back guarantee
Wedding Speech Generator is a one-time digital purchase. If you are not satisfied with the speech you unlocked, you can request a full refund of the amount you paid. You do not need to give a reason.
2. How to request a refund
Email insightlayer.support@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout. Please include your order reference, which is shown on your result page and in your confirmation email. This helps us locate your payment quickly.
3. Time limit
Refund requests should be made within 14 days of your purchase.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned in full to the original payment method. Once approved, a refund is typically processed within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Digital product
The product is delivered digitally and immediately, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to return. Requesting a refund does not delete a speech you have already generated.
