These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wedding Speech Generator ("the Service"), an online tool that helps you draft a wedding speech with guided AI assistance. The Service is operated by INSIGHTLAYER (Pty) Ltd (company registration number 2026/145121/07), a company registered in South Africa ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Wedding Speech Generator runs a short guided interview, then uses an AI model to generate a wedding speech draft based on the answers you provide. You can preview part of the speech for free. To unlock the full speech you make a single one-time payment. There is no subscription and no account is required.
The Service produces a draft intended as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to deliver the speech.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
3. Payment
The full speech is unlocked through a single payment shown to you before you pay. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may vary by market. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
4. Refunds
We offer a money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your speech, contact us and we will refund your payment. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are returned in full to the original payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you enter (your role, the couple, stories, and other details) and of the final speech you produce. You grant us a limited licence to process that information solely to provide the Service — to generate, store, display, and let you edit and export your speech.
You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
6. AI-generated output
Speeches are generated by an AI model. Output may contain inaccuracies or phrasing that does not fit your situation. The Service does not invent factual claims beyond the details you provide, but you must review the speech before using it. We do not guarantee that any speech is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular occasion.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means beyond normal use, resell access, or use it to generate content that is harmful, harassing, or unlawful.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
